Sohail stays closely involved in new client onboarding, making sure every engagement starts with a clear picture of where a business is losing time and how SFS can close that gap. He is based in Springfield, Illinois, and is personally invested in SFS's reputation as a partner U.S. businesses can trust with their operations.

Vice President, Operations & Business DirectorAmir Pervaiz leads day-to-day operations and business development for SFS Business Management Inc., turning the company's strategy into the systems, staffing, and processes that keep every client engagement running smoothly. As Vice President, Operations & Business Director, he works closely with each service team — from customer support and sales to medical billing and IT — to keep delivery consistent, measurable, and accountable to the client. Amir plays a central role in scaling SFS's AI-and-human hybrid model, helping the company take on new service lines without sacrificing the quality clients expect, and is focused on building long-term partnerships: starting with one service, proving the results, and expanding from there.
